Fracture mechanics is a subject which is interested three different engineering discipline : Design engineer responsibles
designing structure which is strong for fracture. Material Engineering responsiples to get suitable mechanical features and to develop material features. Control Engineer responsibles to research to defects which cause fracture in structure. For that reasons, fracture mechanics are important for engineering diciplines. |
