Ön Koşul Dersleri

The course will be given by giving homework to the students every week. The lecturer will present the subject in the first hour, explain the principles and rules, and then implement. Students will present their assigned assignments with power point reflections or explain their assignments on the board. Students will prepare each week's homework as a group assignment and enrich the course with practical examples.

Dersin Amacı

The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge about psychological, sociological, economic and cultural aspects of human behaviors in tourism enterprises and to improve communication skills in the direction, alteration and control of human behaviors.

Dersin İçeriği

Within the scope of the course, creating positive business environment in tourism enterprises, motivation, groups and teams, Mobbing, conflict and stress management, organizational communication, power and influence, leadership, organizational culture, management of organizational development and change, organizational structure, organizational commitment, justice, trust, cynicism, psychological capital and organizational behavior. In Organizational Behavior course, a selection has been made among the subjects that will provide direct performance to the employees and make them more effective in business life.
