Course Objective

To introduce strategic management aspects specific to tourism management, to enhance student´s skills for strategic thinking and implementing something via strategy development.

Course Content

Term of strategic management, process of strategy development, implementation and control, examples on strategic management implementations in the field of tourism and promoting and obstructive factors making strategic management easy or hard for tourism industry.
