Dersin Amacı |
Emotional labout, managing the differences, mobbing, organizational silence, impression management and such issues will be examining within the context of tourism, also case studies will be discussing by doing so current practical issues will be much more understanable and materialized. |

The terms that are stated previously will be meterialized by examining them via case studies, there will be discussion groups and the related subjects will be studying in a systematic way, students will offer thier solutions for the issues by doing so their creativity and personal decision making skills will be enhancing. |
