Course Objective

The aim of this course is to prepare students for the profession by helping students to understand basic information about foreign trade transactions, terminology, import and export transactions.

Course Content

Examination of contracts in foreign trade, delivery forms and documents used in foreign trade.

10 Documents used in foreign trade; Fill in examples of insurance documents (insurance letter, insurance certificate, flotation insurance policy, insurance policy and types)
11 Documents used in foreign trade; Financing documents (Policies, Bills, Warehouse Receipt, Sampling Authority, Delivery order, Pledge receipt)
12 Subsidiary organizations within the scope of foreign trade (DTM, TIM, Exporters Unions, IGEME, Undersecretariat of Customs)
13 Subsidiary organizations within the scope of foreign trade (KOSGEB, EXIMANK, TOBB, chambers of commerce and industry)
14 TECHNICAL TRIP I: Foreign trade business processes are seen in place.
