Course Objective

The aim of this course is definition and classification of landscape; Emergence of landscape, historical development, study subjects; The importance of historical gardens; The art of Ancient (Egypt,Iran and Mesopotamia), Aegean Civilizations (Greek and Roman), Ancient China, Medieval (Gothic, Renaissance, Baraque, Rococo), Japanese, Turkish- Islam, Islam (Iran-Islam, Spanish-Islam) Postmodern, modern gardens, elements of the garden and the pirinciples of garden design; Roof and terrace, winter, waterfront, rock, hobby gardens design.

Definition and classification of landscape; The art of Ancient, Aegean Civilizations, Ancient China, Medieval, Japanese, Turkish-Islam, Islam and modern gardens; Roof and terrace, winter, waterfront, rock, hobby gardens design.
