Course Objective

To gain the basic information about food components, nutritional technologies and collective nutrition and to teach the principles of nutrition

Course Content

Healthy and balanced nutrition conditions for consumers, the relationship between growth and development and nutrition and health, nutrition principles and collective nutrition techniques, the importance of food of animal origin in nutrition, preparation of food, storage, processing, meal planning, special circumstances nutrition.
