The aim of this class is to teach what the concept of the service and service concept are and to stress its importance in today’s world. Distinguishing between service and physical product; teaching mixture of marketing elements in service marketing; preparing students to the profession by teaching individual services and customer satisfaction methods are among the purposes of the class.
