Course Objective

Public relations, which is a management function, evaluate public attitudes for this. Basis of persuasion and perception lies. Public relations comes into play as an administrative function that helps establish and maintain a relationship of mutual communication, understanding, cooperation and tolerance between an organization and its environment.

Course Content

It is aimed to change the attitudes and behaviors of the target audiences at the level of knowledge in order for the Public Relations process, which consists of four stages: research, planning, implementation and evaluation, to be effective.
