Course Objective

To inform students about house keeping department, Organization of house keeping department, Basic concepts for house keeping, Properties of rooms.
Kinds of house keeping activities, Floor distribution, Basic cleaning kits and tools.
Hygiene and sanitation and importance of them in accom industry, Steps of cleaning, Inspectation procedure, Relation of house keeping department with other departments, Reporting, General revision and application.

Main knowledge for service in house keeping department and developing house keeping management skills.
