Course Objective

It aims to learn the organizational structure, job descriptions, management process stages, menu planning, hygiene and sanitation rules, and the functioning system in the kitchen and service departments in food and beverage businesses.

Course Content

It includes management process stages in food and beverage services, menu planning principles, hygiene and sanitation rules as well as operating system information in kitchen service departments.
