To progress the communication skill by raising the level of Vocational English used in the tourism sector

Basic subjects related to tourism industry and the hospitality sector, such as guest complaints, managing problems, providing advice and counseling services to guests, congress and meeting organizations, payment process, occupational health and safety, housekeeping department, countries and cultures, business life, business applications issues.
